What makes your fish tacos so fresh?
We use sashimi-grade fish caught daily by local fishermen on the North Shore. Unlike many restaurants that use frozen imports, our fish goes straight from the ocean to your taco - never frozen.
Where are your two locations?
Our food truck is at 59-712 Kamehameha Hwy in Pupukea (right at Sharks Cove), and our brick-and-mortar restaurant is at 54-296 Kamehameha Hwy in Hauula. Both are open 7 days a week, 11AM to 9PM.
Is everything really made from scratch?
Yes! Every salsa, bean, rice, meat, and tortilla is made fresh in our kitchen daily. We never use pre-packaged or processed ingredients. That's been our commitment since day one in 2010.
Do you offer catering for events?
Absolutely! Our food truck is available for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and surf competitions across Oahu. Contact us for a custom catering quote.
Do you have vegetarian or dietary-friendly options?
Yes, we offer vegetarian tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Our corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, and many of our dishes can be customized to fit dietary needs. Just let us know when you order.
